🚀 How I Know I’ve Done a Great Job 🚀 In #recruitment, success isn't just about filling a vacancy – it's about building long-term relationships, providing exceptional #service, and creating #positive experiences for everyone involved. Over the years, I’ve learned that the true measure of a job well done isn’t always immediate or obvious💡 Here are a few examples that can tell me I've made an impact: 1️⃣ A candidate I placed 8 years ago in Luxembourg still #remembers me and reaches out for a new search in the UAE. It's a true sign that my work left a lasting impression. Building those long-term connections and being remembered for the right reasons is priceless. 2️⃣ A Candidate who never got placed but still #refers me to a friend or colleague, it speaks volumes about trust. It means that the experience I provided — whether positive or simply professional —was memorable enough for them to recommend me to others. 3️⃣ #Compliments on my service (about my follow-Up, feedback, quality of service, reactivity or professionalism), it’s always humbling. It reminds me that doing things with integrity, attention to detail, and clear communication really resonates with those I work with. 4️⃣ A Candidate #converts into a client (and vice versa) It’s incredibly rewarding when a candidate, who has had a great experience during their search, turns into a client because they trust my expertise. The fact that the experience I provide as a recruiter is impactful enough to lead to a business relationship is the highest compliment I can receive. And you, what are your examples? 📢

🪙Effective from June 6, 2026 – Pay Transparency🪙 As we head towards the final part of the year many businesses in The Netherlands turn their attention to the upcoming changes to promote pay transparency and tackle gender pay inequality, aligning with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. The new legislation will require employers to disclose salary ranges to job applicants early in the hiring process. Employers must adopt and share objective, gender-neutral pay criteria based on skills, responsibilities, and working conditions. This has interesting implications for recruitment processes and a move away from traditional lines of questioning. This begs the questions, Is your organisation ready for these changes?
