Burnout doesn’t make you a better entrepreneur. Balance does. I didn’t survive building my companies by grinding harder or working longer than everyone else. I bet on something better… Strategic energy trumping constant exhaustion. How that looks in reality: → Go for 10× wins, not another 10% → Guard your recovery time like it’s your best client → Delegating before you’re ‘ready’ - today, not tomorrow → Think 5 to 10 years ahead, even when the short-term screams It’s so easy to blur motion for progress and mistake ‘more work’ for the answer. It isn’t. Better work is. And better work flows from a rested, sharp mind. Not one running on 3%. So, before another late night, ask: ❌ “What can I just finish today?” ✅ “What actually moves the needle this quarter?” ❌ “How do I fit more in?” ✅ “What can I remove from my plate?” ❌ “If I’m not busy, I’m falling behind.” ✅ “If I’m not thinking clearly, I’m already behind.” Lasting entrepreneurs don’t just burn bright. It’s a behavior design system. → Bright colors to attract → Toys to create habit → Limited editions to drive FOMO → Same structure worldwide = low friction McDonald’s figured out that "fun" is more profitable than food. Now think about your product: What comes with it besides the product? • Surprise add-on? • Limited collectible? • Seasonal variation? • Reward just for buying? People don’t remember features. They remember feelings. Build your version of the toy.
