I’ve witnessed how lives transform through AI. Since then, I always carry this magical tool in my coaching toolbox. CLOSE THE LOOP One of the most important, and often overlooked, habits we teach in our Customer Centricity workshops. Because real service doesn’t stop at replying. It’s not just about answering — it’s about owning the outcome. Too often, we hear: “Noted.” “Will endorse.” “Already forwarded.” But that’s not enough. Closing the Loop means: - Following up - Checking if the handoff worked - Confirming that the issue was actually resolved - Going back to the customer with a real update You don’t just throw the customer into the next team. You stay accountable until there’s closure. - Close the loop — so the client doesn’t keep chasing - Close the loop — so your team earns trust - Close the loop — because silence is not service We remind teams of this truth in every session: Being nice is expected. Following through is exceptional. Customer Centricity goes beyond politeness — It’s the discipline of showing up, staying accountable, and finishing strong. Because at the end of the day… You’re not just managing tasks — you’re managing trust.
