  • You are part of an enthusiastic People & Purpose (P&P) Team and contribute to Deloitte’s Simply Irresistible Organisation strategy.
  • As a dedicated HR Business Partner, you build strong and sustainable relationships with your Leadership teams.
  • You understand the Deloitte organization, as well as the specific Enabling Services & Centers of Expertise context of central Enabling Functions.  
  • You guide your stakeholders and act as a critical and trusted advisor in identifying and addressing talent challenges.
  • You work in close cooperation with P&P Enabling Services and Centers of Expertise teams: Performance & Employee Experience, Leadership Development, Reward & HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR Services, Learning & Onboarding.  
Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • You collaborate with Leaders to manage the Talent agenda of your dedicated teams, in order to strengthen the individual, team and company performance.
  • You drive the roll-out and implementation of the existing Talent processes and policies and guarantee the consistency & quality of Talent services to your business (Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management, Engagement Management, Reporting, Reward Management).
  • You advise your stakeholders on complex talent questions, team dynamics and individual cases. 
  • You act as talent sounding board to your business, pulse the level of engagement, identify talent challenges and propose adequate mitigation actions.
  • You critically reflect on opportunities to improve and harmonize Talent processes to bring efficiency to our operations and added value to your business. 
Let's talk about you
  • You have a Master’s degree, preferably in economics, social law or in a human sciences related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant HR position and bring a broad generalist knowledge of core Talent processes and workforce management topics. 
  • You have experience in large, fast moving, complex international environments, building and managing relations with key stakeholders (up to CxO level), positioning yourself as a business advisor.
  • You preferably have a background in transformation contexts or change management.
  • Any experience working with shared services models, offshore delivery centers, or process automation is highly valued. 
  • You are articulate and impactful in your communication; you take ownership of your assigned scope; you are a team player enthusiastic about embracing change.
  • You have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French, and consider yourself tech-savvy (MS Office tools and additional HR tools).
