Logistic Integrator

We have a current opportunity for a Logistic Integrator on a contract basis. The position will be based in the region of Antwerp . For further information about this position please apply.

Transactional Logistics Activities

• Track and trace shipments of finished kits
• Review and approve depot invoices
• Monitor and manage distribution budgets
  
  

Issue Management

• Lead resolution of logistics issues and quality events for finished kits
• Support issue resolution for API and DP
  
  

Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain importation requirements database
• Own trial-independent processes (e.g., distribution forecasts)
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support cross-functional improvement projects
  

Desired Skills and Experience

Knowledge & Experience

Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution (preferred)
Familiarity with global import/customs regulations
Understanding of ambient, cold, and frozen distribution for clinical supplies
Prior experience in Pharma R&D (a plus)
Knowledge of GxP principles and LEAN methodologies

Skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Operational excellence and urgency in execution
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Budgeting and purchasing process familiarity (MSA/SLA)
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Integrity and values-driven decision-making
