What You’ll Do:

• Lead or support innovative supply chain transformations in the Life Sciences sector (Pharma & Medical Devices) – spanning planning, manufacturing, and logistics – focused on (digital) innovation, operating model redesign, and operational excellence.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders on strategy, digital, and operational topics.
• Identify business development opportunities and help shape EY’s thought leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive team excellence.

Basic Qualifications – We’re looking for individuals who:

• Are deeply motivated to create impact in Life Sciences — improving health outcomes by improving supply chain performance (above anything else!).
• Bring experience in large-scale transformations in Life Sciences — whether in industry or consulting.
• Have a strong grasp of operational challenges across the value chain, from R&D to distribution.
• Are energized by leading change — influencing stakeholders, building consensus, and guiding teams through ambiguity.
• Combine analytical rigor with creativity, always thinking two steps ahead.
• Are natural communicators and collaborators, able to translate complex problems into clear, actionable strategies.
• Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and take ownership of outcomes.
  
  

Specific Requirements - Senior Consultant:

• 2–3 years experience in Life Sciences/Pharma supply chain and operations (industry or consulting).
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
  
  

Specific Requirements - Manager:

• 5+ years experience in Life Sciences/Pharma supply chain and operations (industry or consulting).
• Expertise in managing end-to-end client engagements.
• A passion for developing teams and thought leadership.
  
  

Must-Haves:

• Master’s in (Bio)Engineering, Sciences, Pharma or similar.
• Experience in regulated environments (Pharma / Medical Devices).
• Fluent in English, Dutch or French (bonus for both!).
