Job Description

We are actively looking for a Procurement Officer to support indirect purchasing activities in an industrial environment. You will join the Procurement Department and contribute to the full procurement lifecycle – from tendering to contract management.

Your Missions

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and services.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies to achieve optimal value.
• Anticipate and identify internal purchasing needs through regular interaction and data analysis.
• Ensure market openness by clearly defining internal requests and engaging suppliers early.
• Update technical and commercial specifications according to project requirements.
• Oversee active contracts (claims, renewals, renegotiations) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the long-term procurement strategy and purchasing plans for specific categories.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Applied Economics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Strong experience in negotiations and tender management.
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures is a plus.
• Experience in technical purchasing is an advantage.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and energy sectors is a plus.
• Excellent written and contractual drafting skills.
• Strong sense of initiative, diplomacy, and problem-solving.
• Team player with good organization and stress management.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office, familiar with SAP or Coupa.
• Driving license (B) required.
