🎯 Assignments

We are looking for a Senior Procurement & Contract Manager for one of our clients in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing procurement activities for complex industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Ensuring the implementation of purchasing strategies, from tendering to contract award and execution.
• Managing contracts and claims, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Negotiating with suppliers and partners to secure competitive and compliant offers.
• Applying FIDIC or NEC contractual frameworks where relevant.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of procurement and contract management processes.

👤 The profile

Background

Master’s degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management.

Must Have

• 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement or contract management, ideally in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong expertise in contract and claim management.
• Good understanding of FIDIC or NEC contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with proven ability to partner with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of French.
• Experience in a multi-site or multicultural project environment.
• Results-driven and pragmatic mindset.
