Supply Chain Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Halle for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply management. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to forecast demand, maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient procurement processes to meet organizational objectives. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in supply chain performance.

• Strong expertise in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast needs and evaluate supply chain performance
• Experience in Supply Management and Inventory Management to ensure seamless operations and optimal inventory levels
• Proficiency in Procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with supply chain software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Prior experience in a supply chain role within manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries is advantageous
