For example, our Middle East and North Africa podcast, Spark, reported on how solar-powered bread ovens are bringing food to thousands in Yemen’s war-torn capital Sanaa – Solar ovens baking without fuel. 

Our work is leading to policy change across the world, supporting sustainable development. In Yemen, the government decided to invest in the solar powered ovens after reading our coverage, while in Nigeria, our stories about innovators often help them to get funding.
