一次性使用方法：

sudo easy_install flask -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/
sudo pip install flask -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/

默认使用方法：

需要创建或修改配置文件（linux的文件在~/.pip/pip.conf，
windows在%USERPROFILE%\pip\pip.ini），
在 CMD 命令提示符下，可以通过输入 set 命令，查看 USERPROFILE 的位置
一般位置是C:\Users\Administrator\pip
如果没有pip文件夹可以创建一个，创建一个pip.ini后缀的文件
设置内容为：

[install]
trusted-host=pypi.douban.com
