node.js安装vue-cli报错4048问题解决

先上报错代码：

因为需要看前端代码安装node.js，版本号没有问题，一直报错
网上尝试的方法：
第一种方法：
1.用管理员身份打开cmd，输入命令npm clean cache –force（强制删除文件夹）
2. 然后再去删除npm-cache文件夹npm-cache，一般在C:\Users\PC\AppData\Roaming这个路径下面（注意：这个文件路径需要点开隐藏项目）👇
3.最后再以管理员的身份运行cmd，执行npm clean cache –force清除缓存就可以用npm install -g @vue/cli 安装vue脚手架了

第二种方法：
1.先使用

npm cache clean --force

清除缓存，然后

npm install --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org

第三种方法：

直接删除node.js重新安装

上述三种方法都已尝试，都不行，最后的最后

直接删除缓存文件，删除C:\Users\用户名.npmrc 这个文件
