解决npm ERR! code ERR_SOCKET_TIMEOUT 问题

在npm install 时出现下面的错误，主要是下载依赖超时的问题

npm ERR! errno ERR_SOCKET_TIMEOUT

npm ERR! network Invalid response body while trying to fetch https://registry.npmjs.org/node-releases: Socket timeout
npm ERR! network This is a problem related to network connectivity.
npm ERR! network In most cases you are behind a proxy or have bad network settings.

解决办法：

在cmd 命令窗口输入

npm config set home “https://npm.taobao.org”

npm config set registry “https://registry.npmmirror.com/”
