Error itms-90167 no .app bundles found in the package

     今天准备上传更新的版本到AppStore，发现老是失败，提示信息为：‘Error itms-90167 no .app bundles found in the package’。

系统为macOS Sierra 10.12，Xcode 7.3.1。我反复的查看是不是证书问题，并且重新下载证书，然后再次上传还是出现这个问题。

其中都提到的方案是：在Xcode7.3.1编译，在Xcode8里上传。我试了，问题变成了:

ERROR ITMS-90534:Invalid Toolchain.New apps and app updates must be built with the
public(GM)versions of Xcode 6 or later,OS X, and iOS SDK or later.Don’t submit apps
Built with beta software including beta OS X builds.

也就是不应该用beta版上传应用。
