maven项目pom.xml第一行报错

报错为：

Maven Configuration Problem

解决方法：

1.首先确定已经连网

2.报错信息意思是说maven想要尝试去下载maven-surefire-plugin，但是又无法下载。

   项目使用maven管理jar包，很容易因为各种原因(网速慢、断网)导致jar包下载不下来，出现很多.lastUpdated文件。 需要将其全部删除，

  打开cmd，maven本地库的路径下执行for /r %i in (*.lastUpdated) do del %i

3.然后右键maven工程，maven->update 刷新一下，重新下载。
