  • Digital tools are redefining how we see—and save—the world we live in. From digital mapping that highlights the intersection of climate change and cultural heritage loss, to data platforms that visualize impact, the power of code is reshaping how we respond to environmental and cultural risks. But information alone isn’t enough. Storytelling transforms data into action. When we combine digital media with local knowledge and cultural insight, we build narratives that resonate—and motivate change. At Forager Futures, we’re designing digital futures where climate action and cultural preservation go hand in hand. Through collaborative online hubs, immersive tools, and community-centered platforms, we help organizations translate sustainability into stories and strategy. Because when culture and climate meet in the digital space, transformation becomes possible. #ClimateTech #CulturalResilience #DigitalFutures

  • Sustainability is cultural work—and women are leading the way. Across the tourism, arts, culture, and heritage (TACH) sectors, women are designing futures that regenerate communities, protect environments, and honour tradition. Their leadership bridges climate action with cultural continuity, weaving innovation and ancestral knowledge into sustainability strategies that serve both people and planet. From circular economies rooted in local craft to climate-resilient cultural tourism models, women are building systems that don’t just sustain—they restore. Their work prioritizes inclusion, resilience, and intergenerational thinking—making them some of the most impactful changemakers in the global heritage landscape. At Forager Futures, we proudly collaborate with and champion women who are transforming how sustainability is defined and delivered. Because the future of culture isn’t just preserved—it’s redesigned with care, creativity, and courage. #SustainableHeritage #WomenInSustainability #CulturalFutures

  • Big sustainability shifts don’t always start in boardrooms—they often begin in small businesses. Local entrepreneurs are uniquely positioned to lead regenerative change. With deep roots in their communities, they have the relationships, knowledge, and trust needed to embed sustainable practices that reflect local values. Whether it’s reducing waste, sourcing materials ethically, or partnering with cultural institutions, these small businesses are proving that sustainability is not just a corporate goal—it’s a community responsibility. At Forager Futures, we work alongside small enterprises in the tourism, arts, culture, and heritage (TACH) sector to build sustainability strategies that scale. Because when sustainability starts at the grassroots, its impact can grow across regions, industries, and even continents. Let’s build futures that begin with small businesses and leave a big legacy. #SustainableCulture #SmallBusinessImpact #RegenerativeFutures

  • The future of tourism isn’t just about where we go—it’s about how we show up. Regenerative tourism means designing cultural experiences that protect ecosystems, uplift communities, and celebrate heritage—all at once. That starts with climate-conscious planning: reducing emissions, respecting local limits, and integrating sustainability into every decision. But it also requires putting communities at the centre—ensuring that tourism supports local livelihoods, traditions, and long-term resilience. At Forager Futures, we help cultural organizations and destinations design tourism models that connect the dots between climate, community, and culture. Because when sustainability and storytelling work together, the impact goes far beyond the visitor experience. #RegenerativeTourism #ClimateAndCulture #SustainableFutures

  • As museums innovate to meet the needs of a changing world, sustainability must be built into the design process—not added in afterward. From modular walls to recycled materials, sustainable exhibit design isn’t just an environmental choice—it’s a strategic one. Thoughtful design reduces waste, lowers long-term costs, and creates more adaptable, future-proof spaces. Add in digital elements that replace single-use print materials and engage visitors in new ways, and you’ve got exhibits that are as resilient as they are impactful. At Forager Futures, we support museums in embedding sustainability into every stage of planning—ensuring that the stories we tell are matched by the values we uphold. Because protecting the past shouldn’t come at the cost of the planet. #SustainableMuseums #GreenExhibitDesign #CulturalResilience

  • What does global sustainability look like in action? It looks like local communities building futures that honour both people and place. At the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit, our co-founders Nina Lantinga and Bryce Mathew Watts spoke to a growing global consensus: the future of sustainability must include culture, and the future of heritage must be climate-resilient. At Forager Futures, we’re turning that vision into reality—helping cultural organizations design sustainability strategies that are grounded in community and guided by international best practices. From reducing emissions to revitalizing heritage spaces, we bridge innovation with tradition to create plans people can trust and act on. Because sustainability can’t stay in the summit room—it needs to live in the streets, schools, and sites we care about. #SustainableHeritage #G20YEA #ClimateAndCulture #Futurpreneur

  • This week at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit in South Africa, the conversations aren’t just about profit—they’re about planet, people, and purpose. Our founders, Nina Lantinga and Bryce Mathew Watts, are there representing Forager International and championing a message we deeply believe in: the future of work must address both climate and culture—together. To meet today’s challenges, we need professionals who can navigate ecosystems and economies, who blend sustainability science with Indigenous knowledge, education with design, community organizing with digital innovation. These are the new careers we need—roles that don’t fit inside silos, but build bridges between sectors. At Forager Futures, we’re developing tools, training, and partnerships to prepare emerging leaders at this intersection. Because when we empower a workforce that understands climate resilience is cultural resilience, we build a more just and sustainable future for all. #G20YEA #ClimateAndCulture #FutureOfWork #SustainableHeritage #Futurpreneur

  • The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aren’t just policy targets — they’re a call to action. And cultural organizations have a critical role to play. At Forager Futures, we believe that global partnerships rooted in heritage diplomacy can accelerate progress toward the SDGs. By connecting cultural preservation with climate action, education, and inclusive economic development, we make sustainability both locally meaningful and globally impactful. Here’s how we approach it: 1️⃣ Cross-Border Collaboration – Partnering internationally to blend cultural knowledge with innovation. 2️⃣ SDG Alignment Through Heritage – Supporting goals like quality education (SDG 4), sustainable communities (SDG 11), and climate action (SDG 13) through culturally grounded programs. 3️⃣ Scalable Frameworks – Designing initiatives with international institutions that are adaptable, inclusive, and built for long-term growth. When cultural leaders and sustainability advocates come together, the results go far beyond any single goal — they reshape how we build a better future. #ForagerFutures #SDGsInAction #CulturalSustainability

  • Climate and culture aren’t separate conversations — they’re deeply intertwined. From ancestral landscapes to coastal heritage sites, many of the places that carry cultural meaning are also ecologically vulnerable. Protecting them means protecting the ecosystems they rely on — and vice versa. At Forager Futures, we believe sustainable diplomacy must bring both climate science and cultural knowledge to the table. That means recognizing that heritage preservation is climate action — and that Indigenous knowledge, local stewardship, and traditional practices hold powerful insights for building a more resilient world. 🤝 Climate solutions rooted in culture build trust and local relevance 🌍 International partnerships that respect heritage can strengthen sustainability outcomes 📚 Cross-sector dialogue leads to smarter, more inclusive global policies As we face global environmental challenges, it’s time to stop treating climate and culture as two separate issues. Together, they form the foundation of a future that serves both people and planet. #ForagerFutures #SustainableDiplomacy #ClimateAndCulture

  • Technology isn’t just about efficiency or convenience — it’s a powerful tool for stewardship. At Forager Futures, we believe digital tools can — and should — serve both climate action and cultural resilience. When used thoughtfully, technology becomes a bridge: connecting data to story, community to action, and tradition to innovation. 📊 Impact dashboards and tracking tools help communities monitor sustainability goals and turn progress into stories that inspire funders, partners, and the next generation. 🌍 Interactive platforms can combine climate science with local cultural knowledge, creating shared learning environments grounded in place. 🤝 Low-barrier digital tools open up participation — empowering communities to lead environmental and cultural initiatives on their own terms. This is tech for good. And it’s how we design futures that are both innovative and rooted, global and local, resilient and just. #ForagerFutures #SustainabilityInnovation #DigitalEmpowerment
