Kenaidan Contracting Ltd. is very excited to share the following announcement from the Greater Toronto Airports Authority:   PROJECT UPDATE: Toronto Pearson advances Pearson LIFT: Launches procurement for T1/T3 Revitalization; awards first major contract   Following a competitive procurement process, Toronto Pearson has selected Pearson Accelerator Construction Team (PACT) to lead the planning, design and construction of the Accelerator program, delivering vital upgrades and revitalization of airport assets.   PACT brings together Canadian led or founded businesses combined with global airport expertise and an extensive employee and operational footprint across Canada. PACT is general partnership comprised of Kenaidan Contracting Ltd., Alberici Constructors Ltd., Amico Major Projects Inc. and Obayashi Canada Ltd., who have decades of experience across 170 airport projects.   PACT will be supported by a design joint venture of Egis and Mott MacDonald with key supporting expertise drawn from WW+P Architects, WSP Canada, and Woods Bagot. On August 18, 2025, the Materiel Group delivered another key capability to the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF): the CT142 Dash-8 avionics upgrades have achieved Initial Operational Capability (IOC) under the Multi-Fleet Air Traffic Management Avionics (MFATMA) project. These upgrades include: ·      Traffic Collision Avoidance System II (Version 7.1) ·      Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast Out transponder ·      Terrain Awareness Warning System Class A The modification work was successfully completed by Voyageur Aviation, a Canadian aerospace company located in North Bay, Ontario. The MFATMA project ensures RCAF aircraft fleets remain interoperable with allies and compliant with evolving civilian and military air traffic regulations worldwide. It addresses avionics upgrades across 8 RCAF fleets, including: CC177 Globemaster III, CP140 Aurora, CC144(604) Challenger, CC150 Polaris, CT142 Dash-8, CF188 Hornet, CH147F Chinook and CC138 Twin Otter. Congratulations to the MFATMA project team and 402 Squadron for their dedication in achieving this milestone and delivering modernized capabilities to the RCAF. #WellEquipped

Calian Group’s Q3 results were announced this morning, underscoring the resilience of our business model and our ability to deliver when failure is not an option. As a mission-critical solutions company focused on defence, space, healthcare, and strategic critical infrastructure sectors, our defence solutions revenue grew by 12% in Q3, driven by strong momentum across Europe, the U.K., and early signs of growth in Canada. We also announced a $250 million increase to our Health Care Provider Recruitment contract with the Department of National Defence/Ministère de la défense nationale, which will further accelerate our growth in the coming years. Alongside these milestones, we completed the acquisition of Advanced Medical Solutions and welcomed Chris Pogue as President of Defence & Space. Guided by our mission and strong momentum, we will continue to accelerate mission success for our defence, space and health customers.
