Unsere Inklusionsbeauftragte Nadine Schönwald zeigt, wie einfach die ersten Schritte sein können – mit drei konkreten Tipps für mehr Inklusion im Arbeitsalltag: 💡 1. Kleine Anpassungen, große Wirkung. Aktive Fragen: Was brauchen Sie, um gut arbeiten zu können? – oft sind es kleine Veränderungen, die Großes bewirken. 💬 2. Bewusste Ansprache. Sichtbarkeit schafft Vertrauen. Sprechen Sie Menschen mit Behinderung gezielt an und machen Sie einen festen Ansprechpartner:in für Inklusion auf Ihrer Website sichtbar. 🤝 3. Unterstützung nutzen. Die Integrationsfachdienste oder die Einheitlichen Ansprechstellen für Arbeitgebende (EAA) beraten unkompliziert und praxisnah. Drawing on insights from more than 37,500 workers worldwide, the findings reveal three critical elements needed to thrive in the age of AI: 1️⃣ Purpose – Employees with a strong sense of purpose are nearly twice as likely to stay with their company. 2️⃣ Value – To truly unlock AI’s potential, people need to understand the value they bring. Yet only one in three feel confident measuring their impact. 3️⃣ Trust – With more than half of workers expecting AI agents to become part of their daily workflow, transparency and collaboration are essential. When employees help shape AI-driven change, trust levels double. The data shows a workforce that is more confident, ambitious, and ready for AI — with three in four employees viewing it as an opportunity rather than a threat. However, without a human-first approach, that trust can quickly erode. There is no substitute for human connection.
