Innovation is our way forward! 🚀💡 Last week, our top 200 leaders from across the globe came together in Brussels for our Managers Conference — and what an energizing experience it was! Over three unforgettable days, we shared ideas, challenged boundaries, presented and co-created the future of Barry Callebaut. The central theme: innovation — in everything we do. Across our whole customer experience - from product excellence to service and sustainability - innovation is the heartbeat that will shape how we help our customers and their brands craft truly unforgettable chocolate experiences. A highlight of the week was our visit to Wieze — the world’s largest chocolate factory and the birthplace of our global Callebaut brand. There, our teams saw how we’re bringing the future to life: from cutting-edge investments in our operations to a unique and breakthrough innovation pipeline, all made tangible through the creativity of our Callebaut Chocolate Academy chefs.
