Ce lundi, Sébastien MEUNIER, directeur Innovation PME chez Basel Area Business & Innovation, a participé à l’événement « Échange inter-entreprises Jura Laufental ». Une rencontre placée sous le signe du partage, de l’écoute et de la recherche de solutions concrètes. 💡 Ce que nous retenons : ◾Formation : la recherche de profils techniques devient un véritable défi ◾Visibilité : il est essentiel d’exprimer clairement nos besoins, pour aujourd’hui et surtout pour demain ◾Langue : se développer en Suisse alémanique - et vice-versa - nécessite de bâtir des ponts solides Les enjeux sont similaires des deux côtés de la frontière linguistique. Cependant, il existe de nombreuses opportunités de collaboration entre cantons pour imaginer ensemble des solutions innovantes et faire avancer la transformation industrielle. 🤝Un grand merci à Productec SA pour leur accueil et la visite de leurs locaux. Früher in dieser Woche trafen sich Unternehmer und Interessierte an der Unternehmensnachfolge in der einzigartigen Umgebung LANDSKRONER CRAFT BEER in Grellingen zu einer aufschlussreichen Diskussion über ein wichtiges Thema: die Unternehmensnachfolge – ein Schlüssel für die Stärke unserer Wirtschaft. Wir haben die Veranstaltung zusammen mit Promotion Laufental, und Business Park Baselland organisiert. Es standen zwei Hauptvorträge und ein Workshop auf dem Programm. ✅ Lars Sager (ENEX): Nachfolge braucht Vertrauen, Vielfalt und gezielte Matching-Prozesse. Das Thema steckt noch in den Kinderschuhen. Offenheit für neue Ansätze und junge Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer ist wichtig. ✅ Christoph Schäfer (CIS BIOPHARMA): Kultur ist entscheidend. Vom «Sie» zum «Du», vom Stillstand zum Fortschritt. Wer bereit ist, sich und die eigene Kultur weiterzuentwickeln, bleibt zukunftsfähig. ✅ Kaspar K. Hess (Migros Bank): Banken sind Partner bei einer Nachfolgelösung. Es braucht Vertrauen, gute Vorbereitung und eine klare Vision 👉 «Man hat nur einen Pitch – also glaub an deine Idee!» Ein grosses Dankeschön an alle Teilnehmenden und Partner für den offenen Austausch. Danke an Landskroner Craft Beer für die tolle Location und an die Migros Bank für Bier, Bretzel und Wurst.   Fazit: Nachfolge ist kein Endpunkt. Quel succès pour notre événement à la Division Technique du CEJEF de Porrentruy ! Nous avons réuni plus de 160 entrepreneurs, professionnels, professeurs et étudiants pour concrétiser l'avenir de l'industrie. Notre mission : Imaginer le futur et définir les prochaines étapes en favorisant la collaboration au cœur du Jura. Cette après-midi riche en échanges, conférences et ateliers, a permis d'explorer les thématiques cruciales qui façonnent notre économie : ✅ #IA : Comprendre comment elle devient un levier de transformation concrète, que ce soit dans les PME, l'industrie ou la santé   ✅ #Cybersécurité : Relever les défis pour sécuriser nos infrastructures et projets.  ✅ #Industrie40 : Découvrir des retours d'expérience très concrets sur l'automatisation, le cloud, et la robotique. Nous retenons que le Jura suisse est bien plus qu'une région ancrée dans son savoir-faire industriel historique.
