My thoughts are with colleagues and communities across Jamaica and the northern Caribbean as Hurricane Melissa impacts the region. I’m grateful that Esri’s Streamflow Viewer now includes retrospective flows from the GEOGLOWS–ECMWF service. Bringing long-term modeled history together with real-time forecasts into a single open interface helps agencies set locally credible triggers, codify SOPs, and verify performance—especially where gauges are sparse. Thank you to Esri and ECMWF for integrating this capability; our GEOGLOWS team stands ready to help partners apply it for anticipatory action and clear risk communication.
