I’m pleased to share the publication of my article on the importance of a gender-sensitive approach in humanitarian mine action, and on the ongoing threat of landmines and explosive ordnance in Syria’s post-war reconstruction. This piece highlights how inclusive mine action — attentive to the specific experiences, needs, and contributions of diverse groups — is key not only to saving lives, but also to rebuilding communities in a more equitable and sustainable way. We did it! 🏅 21 km and CHF 10,000 raised for Handicap International Suisse - Schweiz — to help children injured by war walk again. 💙 After weeks of training through rain, wind, and cold, we finally crossed the finish line of the Lausanne Half Marathon, proud and deeply grateful for everyone who believed in this cause.
