Today we announced a change in our executive committee with the appointment of Valentina Ficaio as chief financial officer, effective January 2026. Congratulations to Valentina who has been with the company since 2019 in roles including CFO Iberia and most recently as SVP finance leading planning, controllership and strategy. She succeeds Coram Williams who has stepped down to take on a CFO role in for a company in the automotive sector in his adopted home country of Germany. He has made a tremendous contribution since he joined the group in 2020. We posted strong Q3 results today, with strong share gains, good growth and improved profit margin. CEO Denis Machuel said: “Our positive trajectory has continued in mixed markets, with further market share gains and good growth. We have improved margins by 90 basis points compared to the last quarter, demonstrating strong operating leverage. We thank our teams for yet another quarter of rigorous execution. We remain on track to reach our full year margin commitment. “We are particularly pleased with Adecco’s strong results, with solid growth across multiple regions. Akkodis improved sequentially with our German turnaround progressing well. We were proud to see our CEO, Denis Machuel, deliver the University of Zurich Fall Lecture, “The Human Edge: Leadership in the Age of AI and Transformation.” Thank you to Gabriele Siegert, Harald Gall and Jochen Menges for hosting - and to everyone who joined to explore how we can shape the AI era with humanity, purpose and trust. As Denis shared, AI will transform jobs and organisations, but it will only be a bridge to opportunity when people are at the centre. His message to leaders was clear: • Sharpen human skills – empathy, adaptability and creativity remain our greatest advantage. • Reskill and redeploy – support people as roles evolve. • Ensure and measure impact – connect work to purpose and value. Our Global Workforce of the Future 2025 report echoes these imperatives: • 75% of workers see AI as an opportunity, not a threat. • 99% who feel a strong sense of purpose plan to stay - versus 53% who don’t. • Only 1 in 3 can measure their impact, underlining the need for clarity and inclusion. • Involving employees in AI redesign more than doubles trust - from 3.3 to 6.6 out of 10.
