Turning Circular Economy Ideas Into Scalable Investments The InvestCEC project bridges the gap between innovation, utilities, and investors, helping circular economy projects evolve from pilot ideas into bankable, scalable ventures. By focusing on real city needs, from waste and water management to energy and logistics, the project delivers measurable impact and strong investment potential.
