We delivered a strong third quarter both operationally and financially, and our growth was high-quality and broad-based. Key highlights include: 🛡️New installations +214k, +5.2% y/y. 🚀Annualised Recurring Revenue (ARR) €3,292m, up 10.2% y/y. 📈 Adjusted EBIT €250m, +17.1% growth y/y. ⬆️Adjusted EBIT margin 26.8%, up 165bps y/y. 👥Over 6 million families and small businesses protected (with the addition of our 18th country, Mexico). 🥇 Recognised for employer excellence in all 18 countries including Great Place to Work™, Top Employer® and the Financial Times’ “Europe’s Best Employers 2025 List”. 🏆 Received 10 prestigious international design awards since we made our first application in 2021 including the recent Red Dot Design Award 2025 for our packaging solution. Il y a des sujets qu’on aborde avec la tête, et d’autres qu’on aborde avec le cœur. 💜 Depuis quelques semaines, chez Verisure, nous avons lancé nos formations sur les violences conjugales et intrafamiliales, en partenariat avec Muriel Réus, présidente de l’association FEMMES AVEC... Ces formations, d’une journée complète, visent à sensibiliser et outiller nos collaborateurs pour reconnaître les signes de violence, écouter sans juger, et orienter vers les bons relais. D’ici mi-2025, nous aurons formé près de 1 000 collaborateurs parce que la sécurité est un droit fondamental, et qu’elle ne s’arrête pas à la porte de l’entreprise. À travers L’Association Verisure, que j’ai l’honneur de présider, nous avons fait le choix d’agir au-delà des murs de l’entreprise. Protéger nos clients, c’est essentiel. Mais protéger les plus vulnérables — celles et ceux qui vivent dans la peur, parfois dans le silence — c’est donner tout son sens à notre mission : 👉 Nous sommes des personnes qui protégeons des personnes. Ces journées de formation sont bouleversantes, parfois difficiles, souvent lumineuses. Car elles révèlent une vérité simple : Face aux violences conjugales et intrafamiliales, personne ne peut tout faire, mais chacun peut faire quelque chose. Merci à Muriel Réus pour son engagement infatigable, aux équipes de Femmes Avec… pour leur expertise et leur humanité, et à toutes les équipes Verisure France qui font vivre cette démarche avec conviction.
