Qover, a leading European insurtech, and Swiss insurer Helvetia Insurance Group have announced an expanded collaboration that will take their partnership beyond automotive insurance into multiple product lines and new markets. Tilo Schroiff, Head of Helvetia Insurance Group International Automotive, added: “We are excited to strengthen and expand our collaboration with Qover, a key platform partner within our Helvetia International Automotive ecosystem and beyond. Until they’ve done it.” For Astrid Simmlinger, Head of Operations Life & Health Insurance at ERGO Österreich, a leadership position is not a reward, but a commitment. 💜 Five years ago, she faced a pivotal decision: to establish the health insurance division at ERGO Austria from scratch. Mostly because she was hesitant about stepping into a leadership role and working in a specialist area, she ultimately embraced the challenge. “No one can do it. Until they’ve done it,” she asserts, proud of how she has led the department from concept to profitable growth. 💪 Regarding women in leadership positions, Astrid’s wish is for a world where female leadership is taken for granted and no longer requires special initiatives.
