    The Female Leadership Development Programme (FLDP) was launched in 2015, as part of the women’s football development portfolio. Aimed at identifying, supporting and developing strong female leaders in football this programme saw the growth of over 60 women from all continents. The programme was developed in cooperation with THNK – School of creative leadership (www.thnk.org). The participants can be seen today leading and driving change across football.

    The Female Leadership Development Programme (FLDP) was launched in 2015, as part of the women’s football development portfolio. Aimed at identifying, supporting and developing strong female leaders in football this programme saw the growth of over 60 women from all continents. The programme was developed in cooperation with THNK – School of creative leadership (www.thnk.org). The participants can be seen today leading and driving change across football.

    The programme was designed end to run over nine-months, including three in-person modules, taking the participants through workshops and extensive fieldwork, with a mentor and a leadership coach supporting them along the way:
    - Leading self – finding your authentic leadership identity and style, based on your passions, strengths and aspirations;
    - Leading others – building trust-based relationships; negotiating; influencing; public speaking; building organizational capabilities; managing the performance of others
    - Leading the organization – setting a vision, driving innovation; developing functional expertise; moving an organization to action

    Live Your Goals, was launched as global campaign for women's football and evolved as a FIFA’s key global development programme. The main goal was to inspire and support lifelong participation of girls and women in football. All around the world, hundreds of thousands of girls had their first introduction to the game through Live Your Goals. The campaign was launched at the FIFA Women’s World Cup Germany 2011™ and become one of FIFA’s most recognised initiatives. It was embraced by FIFA member…

The main goal was to inspire and support lifelong participation of girls and women in football. All around the world, hundreds of thousands of girls had their first introduction to the game through Live Your Goals.
