La asistencia de Looker solo está disponible en instancias de Looker que ejecutan una versión de Looker compatible de forma oficial.
Las instancias que aloja Looker se actualizan automáticamente a las versiones compatibles.
Si tu instancia de Looker está alojada por el cliente y ejecuta una versión no compatible, actualízala a una versión compatible.
En el caso de las instancias de Looker (original), la asistencia de Looker solo está disponible si se completa el Google Cloud número de proyecto en la página Configuración general del administrador. El número de proyecto conecta tu instancia de Looker a tu Google Cloud plan de asistencia y determina tu nivel de asistencia.
La asistencia de Looker solo está disponible para los usuarios con el rol de IAM de editor de asistencia técnica.
Esto nos permite enfocarnos en los usuarios más participativos, que pueden necesitar ayuda detallada con el producto de Looker. Debes desarrollar tu propio proceso interno para ayudar a tus usuarios, en especial porque conocerás los detalles de tus datos mejor que nadie.
Si tu instancia de Looker usa la compatibilidad heredada, la asistencia solo estará disponible para los administradores y desarrolladores de tu instancia.
