Under the Same Sky: When AI Becomes a Question of Culture Last night, Prague Planetarium's LED dome became a space for one of the most important conversations we can have right now: How do we ensure AI truly serves humanity and culture? 270+ people gathered to explore AI not as a purely technical challenge, but as a cultural and civilizational project that requires voices from technology, art, and humanities alike. What we experienced: 🟪 Prof. Jennifer Edmond's eye-opening keynote on how cultural imagination and the humanities can shape our AI future 🟦 Lenka Hamosova Hámošová & Pavol Rusnak Rusnák's immersive piece "Echoes of Becoming" – a meditation on human-AI co-creation 🟦 Nataliya Grimberg's "Planet Fashion" - an immersive appeal about fashion and its planetary impact 🟦 UMPRUM with Jan Netušil, Marek Bulíř, Kristýna Marková, Jana Mýtinová and their stunning "Micro/Macro Cosmos" exploring our place between the earthly and cosmic 🟦 Rudolf Rosa & Karel Piorecký's AI poetry generation brought to life by Sofie Filippi's performance 🟥 The evening's panel discussion brought together Adriana Dergam (Government Council Committee on Technology & Human Rights), Jan Skolnik (Center for Character Development), Lukáš Likavčan (Slovak Academy of Sciences), and Alexandra Bízková (Pro Arte Investment Fund) to explore how technology, art, and humanities can solve our AI-driven challenges. 🟪 Senator Prof. Miroslav Barta closed the evening with a powerful reminder: AI is not just a technological challenge – it's a civilizational test. Massive gratitude to everyone who made this possible: Our partners: Planetum - Hvězdárna a planetárium hl. města Prahy, prg.ai, Česká národní AI platforma (CNAIP), Pražský inovační institut, EDIH CTU, Vysoká škola uměleckoprůmyslová v Praze, Haute Future, Creative AI Workflows, BRAINZ STUDIOS, Muzeum Prahy, Mirageset, Mouvo conference, Ústav formální a aplikované lingvistiky Matfyz, AI dětem, Startup Kitchen, SciComHub, HEN, Audiovisual Zen and TIWITIW. Special thanks to the production team who worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life, to Michal Toporcer for the creative vision. And most importantly – to everyone who chose to spend their Sunday evening thinking deeply about our shared future. This is just the beginning of a longer conversation. What's your take – can we shape AI's cultural impact, or will technology always move faster than our values? #AIDaysPrague #UnderTheSameSky #TAHCentre #ResponsibleAI #AIandCulture #Innovation #Prague #TransINNOVATE
