  • If you need to announce several similar activities. Contact webmaster, who can probably announce them all at once, given the right data.
  • This interface is NOT designed to support small screens and is best used in full screen on desktop PCs.
  • All new activities will now the hidden by default!
    • Only items explicitly marked published will be passed on to the webpage(s).
    • An item can, of course, also be un-published, then it will no longer be listed in the data passed along for the webpage(s) next time the websites ask for data.
  • Saved items will have an assciated preview-URL. Those who know the URL can see (preview) the item, independently of published status and without having to be logged in. The URL is time limited (+1 week from the last save).
  • For all users we now list all upcoming activities known to the system (to avoid two people announcing the same event twice).
    • If you have access to edit an activity the list adds an interface to do so.
    • Private items are listed in the upcoming list of you are the owner or have super user access.
  • The input is always Markdown (to avoid having to clean up HTML/CSS mess from copying from emails. Pasing LaTeX code into the description works out of the box.
