When Will Eisner's Spirit Section debuted in newspapers back on June 2, 1940, it included two other strips - Lady Luck, drawn by Chuck Mazoujian, and Mr. Mystic, drawn by Bob Powell. This entry from June 30 (the earliest on comicbookplus) is the fourth appearance of Lady Luck. The scripting on this one, near as I can tell, is by Dick French. Thanks to dsdaboss for scanning it.
