Collaboration and connection are at the heart of how we work and our recent Product Support Focus Days were a great reminder of that.   As Gonçalo, brilliantly put it, this gathering created space for reflection, shared learning, and collaboration across teams, bringing together #MBioneers from Lisbon, Braga, Berlin, and Stuttgart!   Over several days of discussions and workshops, the team exchanged experiences, explored new ways to improve efficiency, and strengthened alignment across the Product Support Community.   Because when teams come together to learn, listen, and innovate, they support each other. 💙

Leadership isn’t always planned - sometimes, it’s the moment you decide to step up.   That’s what happened to Vera Figueiredo, Scrum Master at #MercedesBenzio, when she had to take the Product Owner role during a crucial PI Planning session. What began as a temporary situation became a lesson in ownership, decision-making, and quiet leadership.   Vera shares how balancing uncertainty, pressure, and empathy reshaped her perspective on what it means to lead. From business milestones to team achievements, from recognising our #MBioneers with the R&A Awards to hearing from our MDs on what drives us forward. Here's a sneak peek of what they shared: 🔹 Julia spoke of how true impact is often unseen and how transparency is what builds trust. 🔹 Pedro showed how collaboration is more than agreement: it’s about listening, challenging, and achieving more as a team. 🔹 Bastian reinforced customer centricity, reminding us to meet people where they are and keep moving forward with energy. 🔹 Silvia reminded us that excellence is not perfection, but the courage to grow and raise standards together.   Beyond the agenda, PitStop is where the real magic happens. It’s the moment where we reconnect as a tribe, step away from our routines, and remind ourselves of why we do what we do.
