A few weeks ago, we were thrilled to welcome around 30 young business professionals (JCI Frankfurt / Wirtschaftsjunioren Frankfurt am Main e.V.) from IHK Frankfurt am Main (Chamber of Commerce) to our Nintendo of Europe office in Frankfurt! The visit featured insightful presentations about Nintendo from Clemens Mayer-Wegelin and Natascha Alvarado-Dehler, along with a guest talk from Jan Klose of Gamesverband. Lively Q&A sessions and networking made it a truly inspiring exchange. Thanks to everyone who joined us for this amazing evening! #NintendoOfEurope #IHKFrankfurt #Gamesverband #GamingIndustry

💡 More than just HR – Designing for people, delivering with tech ServiceNow Hackathon 2025 Last week, we hosted our second ServiceNow hackathon at Nintendo of Europe in Frankfurt, Germany – once again in collaboration with Hochschule Mainz – University of Applied Sciences. This year’s theme, “Design for people, deliver with tech,” set the tone for two days of creativity, collaboration and innovation. The focus shifted to HR Service Delivery, exploring how digital solutions can transform HR processes and improve employee experiences. Participants included students from the Master’s programme in IT Management at Hochschule Mainz and Nintendo colleagues from HR, IT, European Localisation Development, Risk, and even colleagues from different European countries creating a truly interdisciplinary and international mix. Working in diverse teams, attendees developed prototypes on the ServiceNow (HRSD) platform, tackling real-world HR challenges with fresh ideas and a people-first mindset. The energy was high, the coffee strong, and the results impressive – from functional prototype solutions to inspiring pitch decks. Beyond the tech, the event was about learning, connecting, and reimagining how we deliver services in a digital world. A big thank you to Prof. Dr. Bernhard Ostheimer and Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences for the continued partnership, and to ServiceNow, especially Valentin Riedel for powering the lab environment. We’re proud of what we achieved together, and we’re excited to see how these ideas evolve. 🚀 #Hackathon #ServiceNow #DigitalHR #Innovation #HochschuleMainz #NintendofEurope #ESM

We recently had the pleasure to host our annual Student Days, welcoming students from Technische Universität Darmstadt, University of Mannheim and ESCP Business School to our Nintendo of Europe office! Through interactive presentations and hands-on workshops, the students had the chance to not only learn more about Nintendo’s mission and values, but also explore our different departments and working culture. Thank you to all students for your enthusiasm, and to our colleagues for making this day such a success! 🫶 #studentdays #internships #werkstudent #nintendo

Recently, Nintendo of Europe had the privilege of collaborating with the Asia-Pacific Management Club for a special event. The day offered the students of Mannheim University the opportunity to participate to a CV clinic with recruiters, exchange thoughts about career opportunities, and also to attend a presentation titled "How culture shapes our business" by Nintendo of Europe's Takako Ito. A big thank you to the Mannheim University and the Asia-Pacific Management Association for this fantastic partnership! We were happy to see so many smiles on that day! 😀 #hiring #internships #videogames
