The insolvent German fashion brand Closed GmbH has been saved. The new owners are the Böck entrepreneurial family (owners of Marc O'Polo SE) and experienced fashion manager Dieter Holzer (former Marc O'Polo CEO). The successful acquisition follows Closed's filing for insolvency in August, which the company attributed to "excessive debt and the associated financing costs."
