Operations Manager - Time Critical Logistics (OBC division)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide time-critical logistics solutions for our customers, specializing in Onboard Courier (OBC) shipments.
• Coordinate flight bookings, couriers and customs clearance procedures.
• Facilitate seamless communication among all stakeholders, including customers, couriers and partners.
• Proactively track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and swiftly addressing and solving any challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the management team on special projects.
• Perform administrative duties, including order completion, data entry, and invoicing.

Qualifications for Success:

• Proven experience as an OBC Broker.
• A solution-driven mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• German language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies.
• An apprenticeship in logistics or a degree in a related field is a plus.
