Les contenus soumis à restriction sont des contenus potentiellement sensibles concernant une personne.
Les contenus soumis à restriction peuvent être marqués comme Restricted (Contenu soumis à restriction) ou Restricted+ (Contenu soumis à restriction renforcée) en fonction de leur sensibilité. Il est possible que des contenus soumis à restriction et à restriction + soient parfois stockés dans Google Issue Tracker. Pour réduire le risque que ces informations soient visibles, les contenus du Google Issue Tracker qui contiennent ou sont susceptibles de contenir du contenu sensible sont marqués d'un indicateur de restriction.
Ce paramètre limite l'accès afin que le contenu ne soit visible que par les personnes ayant un besoin professionnel (et jamais par le grand public). Les tentatives d'accès à un contenu marqué comme soumis à des restrictions (à la fois réussies et infructueuses) sont consignées et peuvent être auditées.
Limiter le contenu existant
Pour restreindre un contenu existant, vous devez être administrateur des problèmes, l'auteur du commentaire ou l'utilisateur ayant importé la pièce jointe.
Pour limiter le contenu existant:
Ouvrez un problème.
À droite du commentaire ou de la pièce jointe, cliquez sur l'icône Actions sur les commentaires, puis sélectionnez Paramètres de restriction.
Choisissez le niveau de restriction approprié pour le commentaire ou la pièce jointe, puis cliquez sur Définir.
Limiter le nouveau contenu
Pour limiter les nouveaux contenus:
Cliquez sur l'icône de restriction.
Dans la boîte de dialogue, choisissez le niveau de restriction approprié pour le contenu, puis cliquez sur Définir.
Une fois que vous avez défini le niveau de restriction, l'interface utilisateur du Issue Tracker marque le contenu avec un indicateur.
