We also plan to create different files about different topics, “at home”, “shopping”, “at the hospital”, etc for more domain-specific content.

I updated the template with the new changes.
I assume here, that people will be working on a single “topic” in a file. The newly added “domain” field is now a file-wide pulldown, and other mandatory data are also set in one place. I also used the TAB character char(9) to get the final result with a simple copy paste.
