PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Crews are transforming a former rail yard into a combination of storage space, retail/office space, and an approximately 8,400-square-foot plaza with seating, landscaping, and a rose sculpture.

The plaza is located at Northwest 13th Avenue and Savier Street.

The six-story self-storage building will have six retail units on the ground floor.

Upper floors will feature ribbed metal panels in alternating tones of gray as well as aluminum windows. Ground-floor exteriors will feature aluminum storefront glazing.

Site work included installation of a new generator in an enclosure smaller than 120 square feet and construction of a 36,000-gallon underground water storage tank.
