If you have managerial responsibilities, you can now be held liable and even discharged for NIS2 infringement. The EU takes cybersecurity seriously, which is reflected in its decision to tighten the grip on NIS2 compliance. Management bodies of important and essential entities now have to approve and oversee NIS2 implementation. If things go wrong, they are held directly responsible.
