A proud moment at @CIIE 2025 as Birgitte Morell, our Head of Trade Marketing, welcomed Jens Alsbirk, Consul General of Denmark in Shanghai, Michael Starbæk Christensen, Ambassador of Denmark to China and Jens Holst-Nielsen, Director of Global Market Development, Danish Industry (DI) to the Kjeldsens booth. Their visit was a heartfelt reminder of our roots and the enduring legacy of our Danish heritage. We were proud to serve our Kjeldsens Butter Cookies - lovingly baked in Denmark, just as they have been since 1933. For over 90 years, our butter cookies have been crafted exclusively in Denmark, staying true to the original recipe and artisanal tradition. 🧵✨ Celebrating #NationalSewingDay with a culinary experience stitched from nostalgia, creativity, and flavor.   Inspired by the unexpected legacy of our iconic blue tin – a home to buttery cookies and countless sewing kits, our Royal Dansk team has taken this tradition to a whole new level. This year, we leaned into that double life with a special culinary collaboration in New York City.   Together with the talented Michelin-trained chefs from The Sewing Tin Supper Club, we crafted an immersive dining experience where Danish heritage met South Asian fine dining.
