摘 要
随着社会的不断进步,系统管理的复杂性日益加剧。互联网已成为患者获取
信息的主要途径,然而,信息繁杂且真伪难辨。为了确保患者能够便捷、准确地
获取眼科患者随访管理的相关信息,设计一款既安全又高效的眼科患者随访管理
系统显得尤为关键。
本文旨在设计一个既安全又便捷的系统,其核心理念围绕安全与简洁展开,
目的是让患者能够更轻松地获取眼科患者随访管理的相关信息。通过这一设计,
期望解决当前眼科患者随访管理信息繁杂难辨的问题,确保患者能够快速且准确
地找到所需的电子档案、用药记录信息等。利用 Java 语言、Spring Boot 框架以及
MySQL 数据库,开发设计了一个眼科患者随访管理系统。这一系统是基于对眼科
患者随访管理业务流程的深入分析,并明确其功能性需求后构建的。该系统主要
由三大部分组成:管理员端、患者和医生,以满足不同角色的使用需求。此外,
该系统还能为患者提供一个便捷且实用的眼科患者随访管理系统,让患者能够迅
速找到符合自身需求的物流信息。管理员通过专属界面能够高效地管理患者信息,
并对系统内的所有信息进行增、删、改、查等操作。而对于患者而言,借助本系
统,可以即时获取眼科的最新管理信息。

Abstract
With the continuous progress of society, the complexity of system management is
increasingly increasing. The Internet has become the main way for patients to obtain
information. However, the information is complex and difficult to identify. In order to
ensure that patients can conveniently and accurately obtain relevant information on
ophthalmic patient follow-up management, it is particularly crucial to design a safe and
efficient ophthalmic patient follow-up management system.
This article aims to design a system that is both safe and convenient, with the core
concept centered around safety and simplicity, with the goal of making it easier for
patients to access relevant information on ophthalmic patient follow-up management.
Through this design, we aim to solve the current problem of complex and difficult to
distinguish follow-up management information for ophthalmic patients, ensuring that
patients can quickly and accurately find the required electronic files, medication
records, and other information. We have developed and designed an ophthalmic patient
follow-up management system using Java language, Spring Boot framework, and
MySQL database. This system is built based on an in-depth analysis of the business
process of follow-up management for ophthalmic patients, and after clarifying its
functional requirements. The system mainly consists of three parts: administrator,
patient, and doctor, to meet the usage needs of different roles. In addition, the system
can provide patients with a convenient and practical follow-up management system for
ophthalmic patients, allowing them to quickly find logistics information that meets their
needs. Administrators can efficiently manage patient information through a dedicated
interface and perform operations such as adding, deleting, modifying, and querying all
information within the system. For patients, with the help of this system, they can
instantly access the latest management information in ophthalmology.

包括但不限于患者数量激增、病历管理复杂、随访工作繁重以及医疗资源分配不
均等问题。随着人口老龄化的加剧和生活方式的变化,眼科疾病发病率逐年上升,
这对眼科医疗机构的服务效率和质量提出了更高要求。传统的纸质病历记录方式
不仅易丢失、难查询,而且难以实现数据的共享与分析,严重制约了眼科医疗服
务的提升。眼科患者的随访管理是一项长期且细致的工作,需要定期跟踪患者的
病情变化、治疗效果及生活质量,以便及时调整治疗方案,预防疾病复发。人工
随访不仅耗时费力,还容易因人为因素导致随访不及时、信息不准确等问题,影
响了患者的治疗效果和满意度。开发一套高效、智能的眼科患者随访管理系统显
得尤为重要。该系统旨在通过信息化手段,实现患者病历的电子化管理,提高病
历数据的准确性和可追溯性;通过智能化的随访提醒功能,确保患者得到及时、
规范的随访服务;系统还能对随访数据进行深度挖掘和分析,为临床决策提供科
学依据,优化医疗资源配置。眼科患者随访管理系统还能促进医患沟通,提升患
者参与度,增强患者对治疗的信心和依从性,从而改善整体治疗效果和患者生活
质量。
