I am glad to share that I have successfully completed a one-month internship in Supply Chain Management at Indomie Egypt. During this internship, I had the opportunity to gain practical experience in: Planning & Production: Learning how to confirm manufacturing orders, analyze production capacity, and support forecasting. Warehouse Operations: Receiving and checking raw materials, recording them into the system, and managing storage with proper tracking. Production Process: Following up on how raw materials are issued to production and monitoring their consumption. Finished Goods Handling: Observing the process of receiving final products, conducting quality checks, and storing them safely. Logistics: Understanding the cycle from receiving sales orders to preparing deliveries and ensuring proper documentation. Supplier Coordination: Communicating with suppliers and monitoring performance to ensure quality and efficiency. I'm happy to share that I've recently completed my internship at Indomie Egypt , where I had the chance to work with both the Warehouse and Planning teams. Throughout this journey, I: Learned about warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow. Supported the planning process, including production scheduling and demand forecasting. • Collaborated with amazing teammates who made the experience even more valuable. 🚀 Excited to wrap up my summer internship at Indomie Egypt – Production Department (Aug–Sep). This month was a truly unique experience: ✔️ Learned the full production process from raw materials to packaging & storage. ✔️ Got hands-on practice with operators through on-line job training and built real supervisory skills. ✔️ Applied Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) on a case study and worked with OEE calculations. ✔️ Took part in an internal audit and understood the role of QA alongside production. ✔️ Improved my presentation skills, teamwork, and research abilities, ending with a final presentation to managers. Excited to share that I have successfully completed my one-month Production Internship at Indomie Egypt ! 🌟 This internship was a deep dive into the heart of food manufacturing. A primary achievement was directly leading a process improvement project on the production line. By applying Fishbone and Pareto charts, I analyzed challenges and contributed to solutions that improved efficiency and reduced product defects. Beyond this project, I gained hands-on experience across the entire production cycle: ▸ Process & Performance Analysis – OEE calculation, downtime analysis, waste management. ▸ Quality & Safety Management – GMP implementation, CCPs & OPRPs, internal audit. ▸ Operational & Supervisory Skills – manpower management, daily reporting, SOP training. ▸ Continuous Improvement – applied Lean Six Sigma principles to a productivity case study.
