Today, we are announcing the integration of Global Commercial Operations Europe & International Markets and Global Marketing into one new function: Global Commercial Operations.    Paolo Cionini will be leaving Almirall after more than four years to pursue new opportunities. We thank Paolo for his significant contributions in shaping our commercial strategy, driving growth, and strengthening our leadership in medical dermatology. His dedication and passion have left a lasting impact, and we wish him the very best in his next chapter.    Lidia Martín Pereda is being appointed as Almirall’s Chief Commercial Officer, leading the new Global Commercial Operations function. Since joining Almirall in 2002, Lidia has consistently delivered strong results across diverse roles, combining her deep market knowledge with strategic vision and a collaborative approach.    These changes reinforce our commitment to building a strong and agile organisation that is aligned with our ambition as leaders in medical dermatology. Last week, our R&D team participated in the roundtable "Tame the Chaos. Experiences from intersectoral leadership" during the annual event organized by PMI Barcelona Chapter.
