Our team recently gathered for a Licor de Hierbas workshop, celebrating the island’s heritage through wild botanicals — rosemary, frigola, fonoll, and more — hand-picked and steeped in tradition. What begins as sun-drenched herbs becomes, months later, a spirit infused with memory, laughter, and Ibiza’s unmistakable soul.
