Reporting to HEINEKEN Spain HR Director I am responsible for the WELLBEING & WORKPLACE strategy that includes HEALTH area as well as the WORKPLACE category on all our sites in Spain. We lead all H&S programs aligned with global HEI-LIFE strategy specially the different physical and emotional health programs like Healthy Mind that have received external recognition.

Reporting to HEINEKEN Spain HR Director I was responsible for the whole IFM category (Integrated Facilities Management) on all our sites. I successfully implemented the tender and the transition to a new model with specialised providers per category. I put in place an approach where spaces and canteens started to be part of a wellbeing strategy aligned with the Health & Safety areas.

Reporting to Heineken Ireland Finance Director and the Procurement Services Manager Europe I was responsible for the design, development and management of the company Procurement Plan and the lead of the function team.
