Female representation in raising funds is declining globally 🤔 In the insightful workshop held by Angeliki Papagiannopoulou and Johanna Fräki at Day 2 Arctic 15, participants shared their thoughts and opinions behind this trend. Here are the key takeaways to tackle the issue: - Women should be bolder in the ask from investors from the financial perspective - Changes need to be made on a societal level, from educating girls in schools on the possibilities of being future entrepreneurs. - More resources should be made available to female founders, for example through mentorship programs offered by Tech Nordic Advocates.
