Unable to request more credits

Hello,

I am a part of the developer program and inception program and went to Try NVIDIA NIM APIs and selected my account and “Request More Credits” (currently says I have 0 credits) to request more. However, I keep getting the error message “Oops, looks like we encountered a technical snag. Please try again.” and can’t seem to get past this. How can I request more credits?
