In the beginning of September, I got the incredible chance proposed by Bedrock Streaming & the Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA to participate in the Preparing For Opportunities (PFO) program of Bertelsmann University. It was one week with incredible teachers (Andrew Shipilov, Pascal Maenhout & Charles Galunic), where I learned insights, best practices, practical solutions, ... all of which condensed into one core concept: how to create value. It had been a long time since I'd sat in a classroom to listen to teachers, and I truly enjoyed the quality and level of the INSEAD university. In addition to this tremendous teaching, I got the chance to meet amazing leaders of the Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA who were sharing this 51st PFO program with me. Several dozen people from all around the world with exceptional backgrounds and tremendous potential. I would like to deeply thank my group (Cindy Girbert, Alexandra Hill, Bryan Dickey, Steffen Führes, Peter Lipp, Emanuele Martinengo & Ekkehard Mittelstaedt), with whom I shared far more than a training! Such an experience binds people way beyond the traditional limits, and I deeply hope to continue pushing the boundaries with you 🚀 I want to close this message with a special thanks to Charles Galunic for his powerful advices and deep conversations.
