As Europe faces the dual challenge of achieving resource sovereignty and rapid decarbonisation amid geopolitical and climate pressures, making the transition to circular products and services is essential. Do Well Do Good's white paper, “Accelerating B2B Circularity in Europe”, presents six concrete recommendations to help European and national authorities unlock the full potential of B2B circular economy. While some of its recommendations may appear self-evident, the paper emphasises that these foundational measures are still not in place in most of Europe and that they constitute the necessary baseline to launch an effective and lasting transformation toward circularity. Nous avons eu la chance de visiter le premier centre européen du Groupe SEB dédié au reconditionnement de produits électriques, une première sur le marché du petit équipement domestique ! Situé à Is-sur-Tille, à 25 km au nord de Dijon, ce centre d’expertise de l’électrique culinaire pour l’ensemble des marques du Groupe SEB emploie 140 collaborateurs, tous formés aux nouveaux métiers de la circularité. Au-delà de la visite, cette journée a été l’occasion d’animer une session de problem-solving autour d’un enjeu clé pour l’économie circulaire : 1. Comment définir et mesurer l’éco-conception (où mettre le curseur, comment le mesurer, comment le contrôler, etc.) ? 2. Quels indicateurs prioriser ? Autant de questions passionnantes que nous explorons chaque jour avec les entreprises que nous accompagnons pour structurer et déployer leur démarche d’économie circulaire.
