On the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (#IDWGS), we recognize that while progress has been made, women are still underrepresented in scientific organizations, such as science academies and unions, particularly in leadership positions. This underrepresentation limits the diversity of perspectives shaping research agendas and policy decisions. #IDWGS2025 #WomenInSTEM The ISC is committed to driving systemic change through evidence-based approaches, supporting our members in removing barriers, and ensuring that science benefits from the talents of all.
